This is me...
...on a mountainside doing what I love. Hi, I'm Kristen and it has been my dream to open a kids yoga studio. I want to share my knowledge and love for all things yoga with our children. I am a mom of 8 year old twins and I see first hand the early stressors of being a child today. I want to enable our kiddos to truly know themselves, understand their thoughts, on-coming emotions and fill their toolbox to help them through everyday life and most importantly be their best person. Through yoga, mindfulness, meditation and a whole lot of fun...we achieve this in every class.
